- Product Range, Sections & Standards Steel sheet piles are mainly divided into two categories according to their manufacturing process: hot-rolled steel sheet piles and cold-formed steel sheet piles.
Hot Rolled Sheet Piles Hot-rolled steel sheet piles are produced through a hot rolling process using welding. This advanced technology results in a tight interlocking joint and excellent water-stopping performance.
U-Shaped Sheet Piles U-shaped sheet piles are the most common and widely used cross-sectional shape of steel sheet piles, possessing good section modulus and water-stopping performance.

Low-Temperature Resistant Z-Type Sheet Piles: Z-shaped sheet piles developed and produced by Jinxi Steel can withstand -30℃ low-temperature impacts, used in major energy projects in North America, filling a gap in the Asian market.
Large-Size Z-Type Piles: 820mm wide Z-shaped S430 grade sheet piles for special applications.
Cold Formed Sheet Piles Cold-formed sheet piles are produced from hot-rolled steel coils through continuous cold bending deformation. The cross-sectional shape can be flexibly adjusted, making them suitable for small to medium-sized projects and temporary support.

Full-Process Testing System
Raw Material Inspection: 100% spectral analysis of the chemical composition of steel billets is performed to ensure that elements such as C, Si, Mn, P, S, and N meet standards.
Carbon Equivalent Control: Strict control of CEV value ensures weldability and mechanical properties.
Process Control: Heating temperature, rolling force, and cooling rate are monitored throughout the process.
Dimensional Accuracy Control: Width, height, thickness, and interlocking dimensions are strictly controlled according to standards.
Mechanical Property Testing: Tensile, bending, and impact tests are conducted batch by batch to ensure that yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and impact energy meet standards. JIS SY295 requires yield strength ≥295MPa, tensile strength ≥490MPa, and elongation ≥17%; SY390 requires yield strength ≥390MPa, tensile strength ≥540MPa, and elongation ≥15%.
