1) We have established a complete quality control system from raw materials to finished product delivery to ensure that every batch of steel wire meets international standards.
Full-Process Testing System
Raw Material Inspection: Spectroscopic analysis of the chemical composition of wire rods is performed to ensure that elements such as C, Si, Mn, P, and S meet standards.
Process Control: Drawing speed, reduction of surface area, and annealing temperature are monitored throughout the process.
Mechanical Property Testing: Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area, torsion, bending, winding, and hardness are tested batch by batch.
Surface Quality Assurance: General Requirements: The surface of the steel wire should be smooth and free from cracks, blemishes, folds, bamboo-like joints, rust, welded joints, scale, and obvious longitudinal scratches.
Coated Steel Wire: In addition to the above requirements, special requirements include no shedding or burrs.
Stainless Steel Wire: Matte, bright, clean, and coated (plated) surfaces are available upon request.
2) Logistics Guarantee
Professional Packaging: Coils and tightly wound layers should be neat and orderly. When uncoiling, the wire should not be scattered, twisted, tangled, or knotted.
Multiple Transportation Methods: Suitable for bulk carriers, containers, rail, and road transport.
End Marking: The spool and container packaging ensure smooth wire release, and the ends are clearly marked.
Customized Coil Diameter: Customization is available upon request for specific coil diameter requirements.
