Cutting to Length: Based on your cutting order, we can cut 12m standard length materials to any specified length, reducing your waste.
Special Specifications: Non-standard heights or flange widths can be customized with the steel mill (minimum order quantity required).

Drilling/Punching: Pre-drill holes in the flanges or webs of beams and columns according to the connection node diagram.
Cutting/Beveling: Bevel or cut the beam ends at an angle to facilitate on-site butt welding.
Assembly/Spot Welding: Spot weld angle steel and connecting plates to beams and columns to form semi-finished components.
Surface Treatment: Sandblasting (Sa2.5), spraying with shop primer or finished paint, hot-dip galvanizing.
